By focusing on 'Business for Good,' the company ensures that high-level academic training is leveraged to improve the long-term prospects of Cambodian students.

Founder’s Journey and Vision

The Brainiac Factory was founded by Sophorn Yem, a seasoned education professional who has served as the Country Council Manager for the Singapore International Mastery Contests Center (SIMCC) since 2019. Transitioning his deep expertise into a dedicated local venture, Yem established the organization to bridge the gap between Cambodian talent and international academic standards. His leadership is defined by a commitment to uncovering the latent potential in every student.

• Serving as the exclusive Cambodian partner for prestigious international competitions including the American Math Olympiad (AMO), SASMO, and the Singapore International Math Olympiad Challenge (SIMOC).
• Establishing a track record of success where Cambodian students have consistently secured gold, silver, and bronze medals in global rounds.
• Scaling the organization to a team of dedicated educational specialists and achieving a revenue milestone of up to SGD $1M within its first operational year.
