Brands For Good Awards 2026

Established in 2002, Huttons Asia Pte Ltd has grown from a boutique agency into a powerhouse of the Singaporean real estate landscape. Today, it stands as the largest private real estate agency in the country, a position earned through a relentless pursuit of professional excellence and a deep-seated commitment to the community. As a 'Business for Good,' Huttons has redefined what it means to be an industry leader by moving beyond transactional success to embrace a holistic vision of corporate citizenship. Their journey is marked by an unwavering dedication to providing high-quality service while fostering an environment where agents and clients alike can thrive in a sustainable ecosystem.
In 2023, Huttons solidified its commitment to social and environmental responsibility by launching a structured four-pillar ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) framework. This framework focuses on Sustainability, Trust, Digital AI Adoption, and Community Support, ensuring that the company's growth is aligned with the broader needs of Singaporean society. Sustainability is at the forefront of their operations, highlighted by a pledge of $150,000 pledge to the National Parks Board's (NParks) OneMillionTrees movement. By contributing to this initiative, Huttons plays a vital role in transforming Singapore into a 'City in Nature,' with over $58,000 raised through various internal and public-facing activities. This effort is not merely financial; it involves active participation from staff and associates in tree-planting sessions, grounding the company's environmental values in physical action.
Huttons impact extends deeply into the social fabric of Singapore. The company has a long-standing tradition of supporting healthcare and welfare organizations. A notable achievement is the raising of over $117,000 for the Children's Cancer Foundation (CCF), providing essential support to children and families facing the challenges of cancer. Additionally, the company provided support to Ren Ci Hospital Annual Food Fiesta for several years, demonstrating a commitment to the welfare of the elderly and those requiring long-term care. These initiatives are bolstered by other contributions to National Kidney Foundation (NKF) Race Inspired, the Roxy Foundation Charity Car Wash and more, showcasing Huttons dedication to building lasting relationships within local communities.
To maintain its market leadership, Huttons places a high premium on digital adoption and the empowerment of the next generation. For instance, Huttons Group was the first real estate agency to collaborate with IMDA Open Innovation Platform to launch its Innovation Challenge for 2023. Huttons welcomed new ideas and groundbreaking solutions to empower salespersons to conduct effective risk assessment for potential clients to determine their risk profile/appetite and thereafter, generate appropriate property recommendations based on the results. With these tools, salespersons can provide consumers with more personalised advice to help them achieve their property dreams.
The inaugural Huttons Innovation Challenge was also an industry-first initiative back in April 2022, which saw enthusiastic participation and quality submissions from the youths for the transformation of real estate. Participants explored topics such as the metaverse, smart, algorithm-based & AI technology, hybrid working arrangements affecting the demand in commercial and residential real estate and more.
