Brands For Good Awards 2026

Founded in 2016 by sisters Amanda Sng and Michelle Sng, Arty Learning was built upon a simple yet powerful belief:
No child should be left behind.
What began as a small home-based literacy programme has since grown into one of Singapore's trusted education brands, impacting more than 2,000 children and families through literacy, school readiness, enrichment, and holistic child development programmes.
At Arty Learning, education has never been solely about academic results. It is about creating opportunities for every child to discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love for learning.
Throughout our journey, we have worked with children from diverse learning backgrounds — including those struggling with confidence, motivation, literacy challenges, and traditional classroom environments. We quickly realised that many children do not lack ability; they simply need the right support, encouragement, and environment to thrive.
This belief led to the development of our proprietary H3ART Methodology®, a holistic educational framework that nurtures the Head, Heart, and Hands of every learner. The methodology integrates academic excellence, character development, emotional intelligence, creativity, and practical life skills into a meaningful learning experience.
In recognition of our commitment to educational innovation, both Arty Learning® and the H3ART Methodology® were officially registered trademarks in Singapore in 2025, reinforcing our dedication to delivering a unique and impactful educational approach.
Today, Arty Learning operates multiple centres across Singapore and is supported by a passionate team of over 30 educators and professionals who remain committed to transforming children's learning journeys.
While awards and growth milestones are encouraging, our greatest achievements are measured differently.
They are found in the child who reads independently for the first time.
The child who regains confidence after months of self-doubt.
The parent who shares that their child finally believes in themselves again.
These moments define who we are and why we continue our mission.
Arty Learning envisions a future where holistic education becomes the standard rather than the exception. As we continue to expand across Singapore and beyond, we remain committed to refining our programmes and empowering children with the literacy skills, confidence, creativity, and resilience needed to succeed in the 21st century.
Our goal is simple:
To nurture confident, capable, and compassionate learners who see education not as a chore, but as a lifelong journey of discovery.

Founded by sisters Amanda Sng and Michelle Sng, Arty Learning combines educational expertise with strong business leadership to deliver a holistic and sustainable approach to learning.
Amanda leads curriculum development and educational innovation, focusing on designing engaging programmes that nurture literacy, confidence, creativity, and a love for learning. Her dedication to children and families has been instrumental in shaping the learning culture that defines Arty Learning today.
Michelle leads operations, strategy, and organisational growth, establishing the systems, processes, and foundations necessary to support long-term sustainability and expansion. Her focus on operational excellence has enabled Arty Learning to scale while maintaining high standards of educational quality and customer experience.
Together, the leadership team shares a common vision: to ensure that no child is left behind and that every learner is given the opportunity to discover their strengths and achieve success.
Like many SME leaders, their journey has been shaped by resilience and adaptability. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the organisation navigated significant disruptions to operations, teaching models, and educational resources. Through innovation, perseverance, and a steadfast commitment to families, the team continued to support children when they needed it most.
These experiences reinforced the organisation's belief that education extends beyond academics. Every child deserves encouragement, opportunity, and a supportive environment in which to grow.
Under their leadership, Arty Learning has grown from a home-based literacy programme into a multi-centre education brand that has impacted more than 2,000 children and families, built a team of over 30 educators and professionals, and achieved annual revenues exceeding SGD $1 million.
A significant milestone was reached in 2025 when both Arty Learning® and the proprietary H3ART Methodology® were officially registered trademarks, reflecting the organisation's commitment to educational innovation, quality, and long-term impact.
Today, the leadership team remains focused on its mission of nurturing confident, capable, and compassionate learners through a holistic approach that develops the Head, Heart, and Hands of every child.
Their vision remains unchanged: to bring joy back to learning and create opportunities for every child to realise their fullest potential.
